The standalone financial statements of Shriram Properties Limited (“Company”), as at and for the year ended March 31, 2018, March 31, 2017, and March 31, 2016 and the reports thereon dated as 31 March 2018, 29th September 2017 & 22nd September 2016, respectively (”Standalone Financial Statements”), have been uploaded here by the Company solely to comply with the requirements specified in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
